Automated Dosing Station

easyFILL

Automated Dosing Station

easyFILL automates reagent addition and dilution, eliminating the need for manual handling. This not only minimizes operator exposure to concentrated acids but also ensures a consistent and reliable process.

Features

      •  Less Handling Time
      •  Enhanced Safety
      •  Consistency of Results
      •  High Flexibility

CONSISTENT RESULTS

easyFILL provides exceptional flexibility with a wide range of racks designed to accommodate most digestion and extraction vessels or vials. It supports up to six reagents simultaneously—including common mineral acids like HNO₃, H₂O₂, HCl, HF, and organic solvents such as acetone, hexane, and methylene chloride—making it suitable for various applications. easyFILL streamlines workflows by automating acid addition prior to digestion and enabling pre-dilution or acidification of digested solutions afterward. Additionally, it is fully compatible with ICP autosampler racks, minimizing the need for manual handling.

ENHANCED SAFETY

easyFILL is operated via a touchscreen terminal equipped with user-friendly, custom-designed software. For routine tasks, the operator can simply select a pre-programmed method that includes reagent types, volumes, and the number of positions in use. The software continuously monitors reagent levels and waste volume, alerting the operator when it’s time to replace a reagent bottle or empty the waste container. Additionally, the software features a guided pump calibration procedure, allowing for quick and accurate calibration in just a few minutes.

HIGH FLEXIBILITY

Manual handling of acids can introduce human error and contamination, compromising analytical results. easyFILL eliminates these risks with its highly accurate pump, ensuring excellent reproducibility. Its hands-free operation and use of high-purity PTFE in all acid lines minimize contamination risk. Additionally, built-in automatic line cleaning between reagent doses further prevents cross-contamination, maintaining the integrity of the analysis.
