Overview
The Winner3009 is an advanced dry laser particle size analyzer that supports both manual and fully automatic operation modes. Built on the Mie scattering principle, it incorporates a converging light Fourier transform optical path, a highly stable He-Ne laser, and a high-sensitivity ring photoelectric detector, all of which ensure outstanding repeatability and measurement accuracy.
Utilizing air as the dispersion medium, the system employs the turbulent dispersion principle in combination with a high-precision feeding device, a patented powder spray pump, and an oil-free silent gas source. These features ensure that samples are fully and uniformly dispersed, even for challenging dry powders.
The Winner3009 is ideally suited for all types of dry powder materials, particularly those that react with water or change shape when in liquid, making it an excellent alternative to wet laser particle size analyzers. Despite the dry dispersion method, it offers comparable accuracy and repeatability to wet systems.
