Main Features:

1) Patented Optical Path Design

Winner’s patented optical path design utilizes converging light and Fourier transform techniques to overcome traditional aperture limitations, allowing scattered light to be fully captured. A dual-spectrum design enhances measurement precision across a wide range—from 0.01μm to 2000μm. Additionally, the orthogonal dual-laser setup, aided by a semiconductor auxiliary laser, expands the detection angle from 45° to 135°, ensuring comprehensive signal reception from all directions.

2) Expanded Particle Size Range

The Winner2008A features an extended measurement range down to 0.01μm, making it especially suitable for sub-micron particles. This advanced capability ensures results that meet international standards for fine particle analysis.

3) Fully Automated Built-in Wet Dispersion System

Integrated ultrasonic dispersion, mechanical stirring, and circulation pathways ensure uniform particle dispersion throughout testing. This built-in system avoids common issues such as uneven distribution or particle sedimentation associated with external dispersion setups, thus improving test accuracy.

4) Intelligent Operation Mode

With a smart automatic testing mode, users only need to add the sample and click “Test.” The instrument handles all subsequent processes—water supply, dispersion, circulation, testing, cleaning, data recording, analysis, saving, and printing—automatically. This reduces workload and eliminates human error, enhancing both accuracy and reliability.

5) Automatic Optical Path Alignment

Equipped with four hybrid stepper motors and a micro-precision of 0.1μm, the optical alignment system continuously optimizes the light path. This automation eliminates manual adjustments, ensuring stability and precision throughout testing.

6) Reliable Calibration Method

The system uses certified national standard materials for calibration across the entire measurement range. With simple procedures and a calibration frequency of just once per year, this ensures long-term reliability and ease of maintenance.

7) Proprietary Unconstrained Free-Fitting Technology

Winner’s unique unconstrained free-fitting patent technology enables particle size analysis without being limited by functional assumptions, providing a true reflection of the particle size distribution.
