Elemental analysis of oxygen to uranium

The Rigaku Supermini200 delivers improved fundamental parameters and empirical software capabilities in a high resolution instrument with a small footprint when compared to rival XRF systems. The Supermini200 is a tabletop sequential wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence (WDXRF) spectrometer that provides low cost-of-ownership (COO) with excellent resolution and lower limits-of-detection for elemental analysis of oxygen (O) through uranium (U) in practically any material (LLD).

WDXRF performance with low costs

The Rigaku Supermini200 spectrometer is not only a cost-effective option for your XRF elemental analysis needs, but it also has reduced operating costs. The only consumable for the flow proportional detector is P10 gas. The Supermini200 does not require cooling water, plumbing, or an external chiller, which reduces system maintenance and lowers the system’s overall lifetime cost of ownership as well as yearly consumables and maintenance expenditures.

WDXRF for light element performance

This instrument’s key skill is analysing complex matrix materials with a wide variety of light and heavy components, from trace to high concentration levels. Rigaku Supermini200 delivers excellent XRF sensitivity for light elements with improved spectral resolution for resolving line overlaps in complex matrices without the need for sophisticated mathematical peak deconvolution thanks to its high-powered (200 W) X-ray tube. Low concentrations of light elements (F, Na, Mg, Ca, Si, Al, and P) are simple to analyse.

Highest resolution for difficult samples

The Supermini200 WDXRF spectrometer has a three-position crystal changer with LiF(200) and PET crystals as standard crystals. Optionally, the RX26, Ge, or RX-9 can be used, with the RX9 giving better sensitivity and resolution for the P, S, and Cl peaks.
